You’ll get an email or text to check in when you arrive and wait in your car. You’ll then get a message when your therapist is ready for you to come in! 

We will now be closed on Mondays and available half days Thursday & Friday. Weekends may not always be available but you can add yourself to a waitlist if you want a specific date and time. Scroll down to the bottom of the page for specific hours or click check availability to request an appointment.
Appointments will need to be confirmed, your specific time may be moved or pushed later to allow for sanitation. 

Masks are required to enter building and hallways. Your therapist will wear a mask at all times.

Temperature Checks before appointments keep both of us safe! Please let us know if you’re experiencing any flu-like symptoms. - cancel your appointment within 24 hours or let us know the morning of and we can reschedule your appointment. 

Our Policies have changed. Please review them to stay updated.

- We will not be using blankets, but we will have a table warmer so let your therapist know if you’d like it on and the temperature you’d like.
